Today I had the wonderful opportunity to participate as an instructor in the Graduate Public Policy and Gender in Chetumal, Quintana Roo. It was a magical experience and a number of challenges me. My involvement was in Module 2, item 2.2. Capacity Development ... and that also proved to me. It was the first time I left my state as a trainer, and the first time I participated as an instructor in a diploma. More preparation involved (in terms of subject matter, but not in the methodology, which is standard in Creactívate, based on Labour Competency Technical Standards of Knowledge).

Since the preparation, travel, people (so heterogeneous, that left me beautiful memories, thank you!), Teachers Maria Eugenia Salinas and Gloria Zafra ... and all the beautiful Bacalar afternoon stroll ... La Laguna, Moon and Venus were among the best gifts! What a beautiful starry night and how rich climate. Thank God! And thanks to everyone who contributed to this wonderful experience! : D
