I want to be honest and say that despite having studied Bachelor of Business Administration (looong years ago), actually my learning of the administration or rather, my business address has been during these years. Especially now I feel satisfied and proud because I have seen the wonderful performance of those who contributed to realize our new magazine Discover and improve, to be published bimonthly, in print and digital. What surprises me most is how realization: All began with the idea of \u200b\u200bone of our partners (and my best friends: Laura Garcia.) Imelda Fajardo (my partner) thought it was an excellent idea and we had to do it, then "just" all began to "flow." Layda (newly incorporated as an instructor in Creactívate, who is an architect by profession) and her boyfriend Gaspar (independent architect) is offered on a voluntary basis for the design of the magazine. We begin with the selection of sections and topics. After writing (and coordination of this), revision and correction. Get sponsors for the magazine does not cost us (ie, did not have to pay for our capital), but we invest considerable time and effort, which also gave us more creativity and commitment to our cause, contribute to the welfare of people. Selene (degree in marketing, recently graduated, and is binding Creactívate also voluntarily) made valuable contributions, sponsors made some designs and developed two trailers for the launch of the magazine. Imelda design invitations, Manuelita (assistant Creactívate general, the best of the best!) The printed and electronic invitations sent, and confirmation of attendance by telephone. Nayibe Fajardo (Imelda's sister and partner in Creactívate, as an evaluator to knowledge) helped us to finish preparing the invitations and distribute them, along with Imelda, Selene and I ... Then we got that we pay the specialist to make the launch of the magazine: the Institute for Human Rights of the state of Campeche. It was an honor to provide this space, what it represents and because it is a welcoming place. The event came the majority of the members of our team (of course Imelda, Manuelita, Layda, Gaspar, Nayibe to those already mentioned, but also came Manuel Weber, who has fulfilled his role as "commissioner", giving us guidance, helping us to focus on what we are specialists, and as a great friend, "my respect for him in every way, I admire and love him very much, I have no way to thank Therefore he has brought to my life -; also came Vanessa, who recently joined the team as an instructor, Wendy Uc and Viviana, who have worked as instructors and are also our dear friends ...
understand the writing, why I'm so excited, so happy: this time we are celebrating 3 years of Creactívate as a company, the launch of the magazine that it took several months of planning and implementation (although at the moment looks simple, which is part of the plan), observing how ideas and efforts contributed all persons directly involved in it ... but also, at this time the launch was attended I love people, you have shown me their friendship: Ligia Rodríguez, Rosa Isela Hernández, Joaquín Pacheco, Juan Baquiero, Michael Foster, Hilary Acuña (who is in the process of joining Creactívate), Lety Romero, Esther .. . Attended many other people I have shown their appreciation and support in the company, either as sponsors, clients or people interested in what we do. I received several messages and emails of apology for not joining; messages full of words of appreciation and encouragement to continue, I also thank these messages I noticed sincere. Special mention has to me my father, my sister and my beloved son Joseph, who accompanied me in my heart, for they could not attend the event. And be my heart, my mother accompanied me physically and my beloved son, Arturo ... who while passing the video trailer for the magazine, looked at me with eyes of love, as if at that time only had eyes for me ... I just melted to her eyes. What a moment!
This has been a wonderful example to enjoy the entire process of creating something that inspires me and I feel it's worth ... which will serve for something useful, for the benefit of many people.
Moments like these are true treasures and make my life complete.
Many dreams seem such and leak over time. Other dreams are more like seed: with care, love and effort, start to germinate. Others are simply ready to become reality: dreams are shared among several, we know they have a valuable purpose and allow us to express the best of us.
Today is a day when the dream was overtaken by reality.
