Hedra
is 17 years old (son of Hedra Ramos, a founding member and guitarist of VOX DEI) and four to play electric guitar. Practice seven to eight hours a day and even more now that participates in the International Guitar Idol competition, in which the finalists will be voted by the public via the Internet. Hedra
composes his own songs and actually released his first album in October, New Sounds, with 12 pieces. Besides being the only American participating in this global contest, which is currently semi-Riffking also competes in, an event organized by the British band Saxon to accompany the winner to play in a live show. It forms part of the staff of Blues Jam Tracks, a company teaching material he teaches guitar lessons over the Web with Guthrie Govan and Alex Hutchings, two of the leading British masters of the instrument. Hedra hopes to have the support of the American to reach the final of Guitar Idol, in London this June 13, 2009.
